Delivery Time

United States: Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order value. Free shipping promotions may be available on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this information to monitor your shipment's progress at any time.


Returns & Refund Policy

Return Period

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry

  • Engraved items

  • Made-to-order products

  • Earrings, due to hygiene reasons

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
