2. Products

We make every effort to display our products, including our 925 Sterling Silver jewelry, as accurately as possible. However, product colors, finishes, and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, monitor settings, lighting conditions, and the handcrafted nature of our products.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, our silver jewelry is crafted from 925 Sterling Silver. Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual item.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order in cases including pricing or typographical errors, product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

An order is considered accepted only after payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation email has been sent.

Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.

4. Pricing and Billing

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will always be charged at the price shown at the time of purchase.

For shipments to the United States, RIMOSSA Jewelry covers all customs duties and import taxes. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. For shipments to other countries, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other government charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. RIMOSSA Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage remains with RIMOSSA Jewelry until the order has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

6. Product Warranty

In accordance with the Turkish Law on Consumer Protection (Law No. 6502), products sold by RIMOSSA Jewelry are covered by the applicable 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, surface scratches, tarnishing or natural oxidation of sterling silver, gold plating wear, damage caused by accidents, misuse, chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, chlorine, or salt water.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, photographs, graphics, logos, text, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of RIMOSSA Jewelry and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied or used without our prior written permission.

For customers in Türkiye: disputes may be referred to the relevant Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) in accordance with Law No. 6502.

For international customers: disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
