At Rimossa Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
