Return & Refund Policy
At RIMOSSA Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue promptly and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry, including engraved pieces and made-to-order designs.
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent).
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original product. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.
To qualify, the item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
